The lounge books by appointment only and does not keep fixed opening hours, so current availability is shown on its booking page. Most services take a deposit at booking. Cancellations or reschedules inside the 48-hour window forfeit that deposit, and a no-show is charged 95% of the scheduled service.

Brow services range from shaping with waxing, tweezing or threading to a hybrid dye brow stain, brow lamination that lifts brows upward, and tattoo-based permanent brows. Lash work includes lash lifts with tint, lash fills, extension removal and a fill option for lash sets placed elsewhere. Clients coming in for a lash fill should arrive without makeup on.

Facials include an express dermaplaning option, a massage-led relaxation facial and a deluxe version that adds nourishing treatment and targeted massage to dermaplaning. Waxing covers the face, underarms and bikini area, with small add-ons for the chin, upper lip, cheeks, sideburns, lower stomach and upper thighs.

The stated aim is to help each client feel at ease in their own skin and to celebrate natural looks at any age.
