Tattoo and piercing appointments allow one adult guest who is not receiving a service, and guests under 18 are not permitted. Teeth whitening is offered as well, and the teeth whitening training is an online certification course of about two hours costing $150 plus tax, covering whitening application and hygienic service.

Body sculpting is described by the salon as non-invasive. According to the salon, heat and sonic vibration break down fat cells, which the body then clears through the lymphatic system, while the skin is tightened. The salon describes these treatments as having little to no side effects and no downtime for most clients. Face Skin Tightening and RF Double Chin Remover cost $75 for one session, $200 for three, $375 for six and $600 for ten. New Phases Academy teaches permanent makeup online and in Newark, Ohio, in small classes and one-on-one sessions. Training includes a comprehensive manual, premium kits, live model work with feedback and a business development module, followed by an after-graduation mentorship. Graduates receive a certificate, and the academy says it is insured. The microblading course is two days for beginners at $3,000 plus tax, with a $900 non-refundable deposit, and requires bloodborne pathogens and first aid certificates before class. The Powder Brow course is two days, needs no experience and costs $3,000 plus tax. The Advanced Powder Brow course is one day for experienced PMU artists learning machine work, costs $2,600 plus tax with a $780 deposit, and requires proof of prior permanent makeup training. Lip Blush and Eyeliner courses are two days each for entry-level and experienced artists at $2,400 plus tax, with a $900 deposit. Some courses are offered online at a lower rate for students who are not local.

Clients are asked to read preparation and aftercare information before booking, and to attend appointments alone unless the client and guest are both being serviced. A booking fee or card on file is required for most appointments, and booking fees and services are non-refundable. Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 48 hours ahead, and rescheduling goes through the client's own artist or specialist. Clients more than 15 minutes late forfeit the booking fee and may be charged a $50 no-show fee or the full cost of the service. Permanent makeup clients who reschedule more than once pay an extra $50. Clients with previous permanent cosmetics work must contact the studio before booking and are treated as new clients.
