Services are by appointment only, and walk-ins are not accepted. A credit card on file is required to book, and cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice are charged a full cancellation fee. Hours listed on the salon's Booksy page are Tuesday, Thursday and Friday during the day, Wednesday and Saturday for shorter hours, and closed Sunday and Monday. Parking is available and credit cards are accepted.

Bikini and Brazilian waxing removes hair from the pubic area with a specialized wax. The bikini options range from a basic line trim to an extended bikini that clears more from the sides and top, to a full bikini that includes the front labia, and Brazilian waxing covers the front, labia, perineum and buttocks. Backside-only and half or full leg add-ons are also available. Brazilian results are described as lasting three to six weeks. The salon separates Brazilian maintenance visits for clients waxed in the last two months from non-maintenance visits for clients who have not waxed recently and need at least a quarter inch of growth. The salon does not do decorative shapes such as stars, initials or butterflies.

Body waxing removes hair from the root using NuFree, a soy-based, vegan resin, and face waxing uses warm or hard wax on areas such as brows, lip, chin, cheeks, neck and sideburns. Combination face packages are offered for brows, lip and chin together, or a full face. The salon recommends about a quarter inch of growth, or roughly three weeks since the last shave or wax, and asks clients with shorter hair to reschedule.

The salon says it does not book appointments back to back or rush clients, and aims for a comfortable, low-pain visit. It says it uses the same wax it would use on itself. Staff wear disposable gloves, surfaces are disinfected, and disinfection happens between clients. For aftercare, the salon recommends Finipil antiseptic cream and virgin coconut oil, and suggests dry-brushing the day before a wax and avoiding intense sun, including tanning beds, for 48 hours before and after. Clients who have started their period may keep their appointment, and can reschedule if they feel uncomfortable, ideally with notice.

The salon works only on waxing and aims for an unhurried, comfortable visit with no back-to-back booking. It says it uses the same wax it would use on itself.
