Facials make up the core of the menu, starting with a gentle comfort facial and moving up through a treatment facial that is tailored to each client. That treatment facial runs an hour and includes a double cleanse, exfoliation, a mask, hydration, sun protection and serums. The deluxe treatment facial takes longer, roughly an hour and a quarter to an hour and a half, and adds facial massage and an eye treatment. Dermaplaning is available in a deluxe facial and as a three-facial package, though it suits skin without large active breakouts or conditions that exfoliation can trigger.

Several facials are built for specific needs. The comfort facial is designed for clients who need changes to their care because of cancer treatment, including during treatment and for a year afterward. The oxygen facial with enzymes, which takes about an hour and a quarter, uses an enzyme exfoliation and treatment system and is suited to clients with acne or rosacea. An oxygen or peptide facial without enzymes is a follow-up for clients in an acne series or who have had a service in the last six weeks. The advanced treatment facial includes extra time for modality-based work and is not suitable for people with epilepsy, heart conditions or pacemakers.

Chemical peels, priced from $150 to $400 depending on the package, address hyperpigmentation, congestion and uneven skin tone. A prior consultation is required, and each peel comes with a post-peel kit. A 15-minute virtual consultation by video, with an in-depth questionnaire, is available beforehand. Brow services include a design that maps where brows naturally sit, which suits people who have not been waxed in a while or are learning to shape their brows, and a tweezed design for clients who cannot tolerate waxing. Brow waxing can be done in soft wax, hard wax or a combination. Between-brow and lip waxing add-ons can only be booked alongside a facial, and maintenance Brazilian waxing is available only to clients Laura has waxed four to six weeks earlier.

Facials are tailored to each client and adjusted for skin conditions or medical treatments where needed.
