The studio is open Tuesday through Friday from 10 AM to 7 PM and on Saturday from 10 AM to 4 PM, and it is closed on Sundays and Mondays. Appointments can be booked through the site's online booking link, and questions can be sent to Haley Kryger through the contact form.

Changes or cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice. Cancelling with less notice, or not attending an appointment, incurs a fee equal to 50% of the total cost of the services booked.

Brazilian, bikini line, and extended bikini services are listed for female clients only. The Brazilian covers the area from the front to the inner backside and can be shaped with a strip or triangle left on top, while the extended bikini reaches a little further into the panty line but leaves out the inner labia and backstrip.
