The facials are built around the client. The Custom Facial starts with a consultation and skin analysis, then moves through exfoliation, enzymes, extractions, facial massage, masking, and LED light therapy. The Advanced Custom Facial runs longer and may add oxygen exfoliation, chemical peels, vacuum extractions, RF skin lifting and firming, and collagen stimulation. A Teen Facial covers exfoliation, extractions, and masking in a shorter visit, and a Custom Mini Facial is a 30-minute option.

Chemical peels are custom PCA peels, tailored to the concern being addressed, such as fine lines and wrinkles, pigmentation, uneven skin tone, acne and acne scarring, rosacea, or oil production. Brow services include waxing, tinting, lamination, and a combined wax and tint, and there is a lash lift with tint. Waxing covers the face, underarms, bikini, Brazilian, and both half and full legs.

The business is open Wednesday from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm, Thursday and Friday from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm, and Saturday from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm, and is closed Monday, Tuesday, and Sunday.
