Suites are private and fully equipped, and the building offers secure access, a shared break room, washer and dryer access and networking opportunities. Stylists and other professionals working there are independent business owners who run their own businesses from their suites.

Three suite options are offered: a Premium Window Suite at $300 per week, a Private Salon Suite at $275 per week and a Booth Rental at $150 per week. Moving into a private suite requires one week of rent as a security deposit, and a booth rental requires a $100 refundable deposit. Leases run for 12 months. Rent is due weekly on Mondays, with a grace period through Tuesday, and a $25 late fee applies from Wednesday. Tenants must give 30 days written notice to vacate.

Bookings can be made by calling or texting (210) 789-1960 or by submitting the online order form. Hours are Monday to Friday from 10:00 am to 7:30 pm and Saturday and Sunday from 11:30 am to 8:30 pm. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment.
