The spa was created in response to demand from patients of founder Dr. Tamera Firnbach.

The clinic's stated aim is to help people regain health by addressing root causes rather than only symptoms, and to help them keep their health over time. Care plans are individualized rather than one-size-fits-all, and the patient is described as central to the healing process and responsible for their own choices.

New patients begin with an initial consultation, which can be booked by phone or through the contact form, and can complete patient forms online beforehand. The first step is an interview with the new patient coordinator and a new patient exam. Lab findings and exam results are then evaluated before a comprehensive health plan is developed, followed by scheduled treatments and follow-up care. A total acupuncture visit takes one hour, and the needle treatment itself is usually 40 minutes. Patients whose condition is not listed on the site can book a free phone consultation.

Spa visits begin with an intake form and a consultation with the therapist or esthetician. Signature massages are priced at $55 for 30 minutes, $85 for 60 minutes and $125 for 90 minutes. Prenatal massage costs $95, and each 15-minute massage add-on costs $25.

The approach focuses on finding the underlying causes of symptoms rather than only easing them. Tools include tailored nutrition testing, hair analysis, saliva-based hormone testing, diet adjustments and detox protocols.

Spa treatment rooms are designed to feel soothing, with calming scents and gentle music.
