Over time the practice grew into aesthetics, adding injectables, facials, microneedling, peels, laser therapy and brow and lash services, along with medical weight loss.

A first visit typically starts with a consultation. Botox and filler appointments begin with an individual assessment of facial movement, anatomy, areas of volume loss and goals, and the recommended treatment and its cost are discussed before anything is injected. Neurotoxin results usually begin to show within several days and are typically assessed about 10 to 14 days after treatment; for many clients they last around three to four months. New hormone patients begin with a consultation covering symptoms, medical history, testing and whether treatment is appropriate for them.

The office is open Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm, and Saturdays are by appointment only. Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice, and a $30 fee is charged to the card on file for late cancellations or no-shows. Payment can be made through Cherry Financing, CareCredit or Afterpay, and gift cards and payment plans are offered.

The membership costs $99 per month and includes one Signature Facial each month, along with member pricing on eligible treatments and skincare. The business describes its membership as the best deal in the spa. Men and women can both join. Hormone and weight-loss services also see clients from Kennesaw, Acworth, Powder Springs and Dallas, in addition to West Cobb.
