Color is the main focus. Balayage is hand-painted freehand and done without traditional foil, which gives a soft, sun-kissed look that grows out gracefully and suits blending gray. Treatments include keratin, a smoothing protein treatment for frizz and unruly curls, which the salon says is formaldehyde-free, and Olaplex, a bond-building treatment for repairing and strengthening hair. The salon's own description of its keratin treatment as the best and safest on the market is its claim, not an independent finding.

The salon works with color and lightening products that are vegan, paraben-free and sulfate-free, and not tested on animals. Its lightener and color products contain protein additives intended to rebuild the hair cuticle during processing.
