Families can get same-day sick visits for colds, flu, fever, vomiting, ear pain, rashes and minor injuries. Same-day slots are reserved first for urgent problems such as fever, vomiting or ear infections. Current patients can call 224-333-0730 to request a same-day visit. New patients usually schedule at least two days in advance using the online form. The office is open in the daytime on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, stays open later on Tuesday and Thursday evenings, and has a half day on Saturday. The practice also lists after-hours and weekend visits, 24-hour access to a pediatrician, and telemedicine.

Preventive care follows the infant and child vaccine schedule from the CDC and the American Academy of Pediatrics, which begins with a hepatitis B dose at birth. Well child visits cover growth measurements, developmental milestones, hearing, vision and overall health screenings, sleep and feeding, and time for parent questions. Newborn care includes development and skin reviews, lactation consulting, Medela breast pump rental, and guidance for new parents, including support for postpartum depression.

Beyond routine care, the practice offers ADHD evaluation and treatment planning, anxiety and depression support, a Down syndrome clinic, cerebral palsy treatments, and dermatology care for conditions like acne, eczema and rosacea. Sports and school physicals are available, and walk-in sports physicals are offered in Crystal Lake. Ear piercing for children from six months old is a listed procedure with its own set of policies.
