Neurotoxin options include Botox, Dysport, Xeomin and Daxxify. Botox, Dysport and Xeomin are $14 per unit and Daxxify is $16 per unit, and Dysport units are converted into Botox units. Chemical peels include Cosmelan, with a full face peel at $1,200, a spot treatment at $350 and a package of two at $2,200, along with The Perfect Derma Peel at $400 and Perfect Peel, which has a package of three at $1,050. PDO threads include a lower face lift with 8 threads from $2,000, a PDO nose from $800, and smooth eyes and twist options priced per thread. Facials run 25 to 70 minutes depending on the treatment. DiamondGlow is included in every facial, which the business describes as state-of-the-art. Options include the DiamondGlow Express at $160 for 25 minutes, DiamondGlow with dermaplaning at $280 for 70 minutes, and dermaplaning alone at $75. Signature Glass Skin, Acne and Brightening facials are $250 each and last 50 minutes. DiamondGlow packages are $600 for three and $1,080 for six. Appointments are booked through the online booking system and require a credit card on file. New patients receive an email with a link to a secure patient portal, where they can complete forms and consents in advance and later book, change or cancel visits, review their history and read pre- and post-treatment instructions. Sofwave bookings must be made by calling 408-516-1414 or texting 408-665-7081. A consultation is strongly recommended before PDO treatment, and complimentary consultations are offered. Changes need 24 hours notice, or 72 hours for PDO lift and Sculptra, and a $150 fee applies to facial no-shows or late cancellations. Deposits and packages are non-refundable, though unused package credit can go toward other services or products at full price. Financing is available through CareCredit. Skincare products and a skin analyzer are offered, and gift cards can be used only for services or skincare products. Prices are subject to change.
