Appointments are booked through the online booking system, and a credit card is kept on file to secure each booking. New patients receive an email with a link to a secure patient portal, where they can complete forms and treatment consents before their visit. Complimentary consultations are offered, and the business advises a consultation before booking uncertain treatments that require a deposit. Sofwave appointments are the exception: they are booked by phone or text, not online.

Financing is available through CareCredit, which the business describes as a healthcare credit card.

Policies are worth reading before booking. Cancellations and reschedules need at least 24 hours notice, or 72 hours for PDO lift and Sculptra treatments, and a cancellation fee is charged to the card on file. Facial no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours incur a $150 fee. Deposits are non-refundable and can be used as credit toward future services. Packages are paid in full at purchase and are non-refundable, though remaining credits can be applied to other treatments or products. Product returns must be requested within 30 days and the product must contain at least half of its original amount. Gift cards are non-refundable, non-transferable and have no expiration date.
