Every visit begins with a consultation about the client's hair, lifestyle and the result they want, and the service is shaped around that conversation. Men's haircuts and kids' haircuts start at $45, and a men's cut adds $10 for medium length. Scissors cuts start at $60 and add $10 for shoulder length, $20 for mid-back length and $10 for hot tools. Single process color starts at $65 for gray coverage or full color, and is priced by length: $135 for short hair, $165 for shoulder length and $185 for medium-back length. Root touch-ups run $100 to $120 for up to two inches. Bleach starts at $200 and is used for brightening and lift; bleach highlights are priced at $120 for partial, $150 for half and $200 or more for full, each extra lift adds $150, and a recommended toner costs $100 extra. Balayage and ombre, hand-painted for dimension, start at $300, with a consultation recommended, and final pricing depends on hair history, thickness and desired brightness. Down perms start at $85 and are intended to reduce side volume, often paired with a haircut. Korean men's perms start at $220 and include a haircut and consultation; they add $20 for a side or back extra perm and $20 for shoulder length, and the price may change with hair length and lift level when combined with color. Shampoo and scalp massage starts at $45 and includes a deep cleanse. It can be added to any service or booked alone, and it is available at the San Gabriel location.

Changes made three or more hours before an appointment are free; changes made within three hours incur a 25% fee. Arriving more than 10 minutes late may mean the appointment is shortened or rescheduled, depending on availability. A no-show is charged 50%, and a paid appointment that becomes a no-show is non-refundable. After two no-shows a client is placed on the booking blacklist, and rebooking then requires the no-show fee and full service fee in advance; three last-minute cancellations also lead to the blacklist. The salon may waive the fee once as a courtesy for a first late cancellation or no-show. Clients unhappy with a haircut can contact the salon within one day for a complimentary fix; requests after one day are not eligible for a refund or free fix.
