The menu covers haircuts for women, men and young ladies ages 12 and under, plus blow dries, thermal styling, half-up and upstyle looks, glosses, toners and the K-18 treatment. Color options include color retouches, single process color, face frame highlights, partial and full highlights, balayage, and a combined partial highlight with color retouch. Women's haircuts run 60 minutes and include a cleanse, conditioning and blow dry, while men's cuts take 45 minutes and include a cleanse and style.

Highlight and balayage appointments are scheduled for roughly two and a half to nearly three hours. The salon is open Monday from 3 to 8 PM, Tuesday and Wednesday from 1 to 8 PM, and Thursday from 10 AM to 2 PM, and is closed Friday through Sunday. Cancellations or no-shows within 48 hours of the appointment carry a 50% fee, and Buy Now, Pay Later financing is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000 with approval required before the appointment. Gift cards can be purchased through the website.
