A 3% Eco Fee is added to each service, and prices can shift after a consultation. A complimentary consultation is available for anyone with pricing questions. The salon is open Tuesday through Thursday from 9am to 8pm and Friday and Saturday from 9am to 5pm, and it is closed Sundays and Mondays. Free two-hour street parking is available in most seasons except summer, and free four-hour parking is on the first floor of the South Vail Parking Garage, one block south.

Color is a large part of the menu. Gloss reduces brassiness, and retouch service covers roots and grey. Highlights, balayage and bleach-and-tone services include a Davines Natural Tech treatment, with a custom toner in the balayage and bleach services. First-time balayage clients need a consultation before booking, and so do corrective color and extension appointments, since corrective color is priced hourly for uneven tones or color mishaps.

Hair services include cuts for infants, kids, men and women, plus blowdry styles, bang trims, thermal styling and special occasion styling. For special occasion styling, clients should arrive with clean, dry hair washed the day before. Bang trims are free for existing clients booked with their own stylist. Booking policies ask for 24 hours' notice to cancel, 48 hours for group appointments and extension services, and a credit card on file or a 50% deposit. Clients who frequently cancel at the last minute may lose booking access. Stylists who join the team receive one-on-one training, and the salon says it educates its team on new techniques and trends on an ongoing basis.
