AVEN MED began seeing patients in Orland Park in 2026, combining aesthetic treatments, wellness care and family medicine in a single clinic. Appointments are required. The practice serves people from Orland Park, Tinley Park, Frankfort, Mokena, Palos Heights, Homer Glen, New Lenox and the broader southwest suburbs. Office hours run 9 AM to 5 PM on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays, 9 AM to 6 PM on Wednesdays, and 9 AM to 1 PM on Saturdays by appointment. The clinic is closed on Sundays.

Every treatment plan begins with an AVEN Assessment. A focused visit with Alaa Mashal starts at $50 and runs about 5 to 10 minutes, and includes an Aura skin analysis. A comprehensive consultation costs $200 and runs up to 60 minutes, covering a full skin and routine review and a written plan the patient keeps. Both fees are credited toward treatment. Per-unit Botox pricing and SkinPen and Sculptra pricing are not published and are discussed at the assessment.

Injectable offerings include Botox, Dysport and Xeomin for expression lines. Botox can be used for forehead, frown and crow's feet lines, bunny lines, brow lift, lip flip, gummy smile, chin dimpling, jaw slimming and neck bands, and the practice also offers masseter and TMJ Botox and treatment for excessive sweating. Fillers are offered for lips, cheeks, jawline and chin, and Sculptra, a poly-L-lactic acid biostimulator, is planned as a course over a year or more. Lip filler can address volume, shape and border, symmetry, vertical lip lines, downturned corners, age-related thinning, and the philtrum and cupid's bow. A lip flip, which relaxes the upper lip border without adding volume, can be done at the same visit when appropriate. Under-eye, nose and brow filler are not performed.

Skin services include chemical peels, acne and acne scar treatment, SkinPen microneedling for facial acne scars and neck wrinkles, skin rejuvenation, facials and medical-grade skincare. Skincare is recommended individually and is never required in order to be treated. Professional products from SkinCeuticals and Image Skincare are sold only at the Orland Park clinic, cannot be bought online, and are not covered by membership credit.

The practice describes its approach as conservative, aiming for natural-looking results and the least intervention needed, and it says it does not sell treatments. Treatment is planned at assessment rather than on a fixed schedule, and results are reviewed at each visit. One practitioner treats each patient at every visit. Aesthetic treatment is not performed during pregnancy or breastfeeding, and injectable treatment is offered to adults 18 and over.
