The salon describes itself as Orland Park's longest standing and most experienced brow salon, and says every appointment is meant to feel exclusive. Clients book by phone or online, including through a smartphone app, and walk-ins are not accepted. Appointments often fill four to eight weeks ahead, and microblading and permanent powder services can book three to four months out.

Brow shaping is a 30-minute appointment focused on corrective shaping and bringing back fullness and symmetry, with a touch of powder or pencil and highlighter to define the shape. Brow tinting uses a semi-permanent dye made for brows to add richness and definition; the salon uses a German-made tint that typically lasts three to six weeks. Brow lamination relaxes and redirects the brow hairs for a fuller look and includes shaping and tinting in the same visit.

Microblading and powder brow services include Nano Brows, a cosmetic tattoo in which a machine places pigment in hair-stroke shapes; Powder Brows, which use a single needle and a shading technique for a soft, filled-in look; and Nano-Shading, which combines hair strokes with powder. Diana, the salon's microblading specialist, leads this work.

Skincare treatments include dermaplaning, an exfoliation performed with a fine scalpel that also removes vellus hair, and Cool Peel, an Environ professional treatment with no downtime. Waxing and tweezing are offered; threading is not. The online shop sells brow products, fragrance, Environ products and gift cards.

Policies are set for scheduling: cancellations and rescheduling need 24 hours' notice, and clients more than 10 minutes late or who cancel with less notice are charged the full service cost to the card on file. Online returns are not accepted, and damaged items must be reported within five business days of receipt. Phone calls may go unanswered during appointments, so callers are asked to leave a message.
