Massage is the core of the menu. Options include a Swedish-style Euphoria Classic Massage in 60 or 90 minutes, a deep tissue massage aimed at muscle and joint strain and sports-related tension, and a 60-minute reflexology session that adds a calf and foot massage with a hot towel. There is also a 30-minute chair massage focused on the upper body, a 90-minute couples massage with two therapists, and a 60-minute prenatal massage for expectant mothers.

The facial and skin menu includes named facials for acne, rosacea, brightening and anti-aging, along with several peels such as lactic, pumpkin, berry, TCA, vitamin A and a 21-day peptide peel. Facial enhancements add microdermabrasion, high frequency and LED light. The Préime DermaFacial system offers five treatment types, AquaB, VibroX, MicroT, Collagen+ and UltraB, each built around a different technology.

Hair removal is offered through waxing for most body areas and through Elysion diode laser treatments for areas including the face, underarms, legs, bikini and Brazilian. The spa says laser reduction is not 100 percent and is not guaranteed to be permanent. Sessions are recommended every four to eight weeks depending on the area, and clients are asked to avoid waxing, tweezing, tanning products and sun exposure beforehand and to shave between sessions. Packages are arranged by phone.

Booking policies: a card is kept on file to secure appointments. Changes go through the front desk at (708) 237-0500. Cancellations within 24 hours are charged 50 percent of the service total, and no-shows are charged in full; repeated no-shows are blocked from future bookings. Clients should arrive at least 10 minutes early to complete forms, and there is a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals, though late clients pay the full price and the service is shortened to the time remaining. Moroccan hammam guests are asked to avoid booking during their menstrual cycle and to bring spare undergarments.
