According to the studio, its aim is to be a personal space for skincare, relaxation and self-care. It says each service is tailored to the individual client and that professional skincare products are chosen to suit each client's skin needs. Some treatments have specific technology behind them, including the No Botox Facial, which uses Circadia peptide technology, and the Aura Hydraglow Facial, which uses a specialized device to cleanse, exfoliate and hydrate.

Some services need a deposit at booking, including Classic Facial Fridays, Customized Facial, Aura Birthday Facial, Aura Hydraglow Facial, Glass Skin Nano Infusion Facial, No Botox Facial and ASMR Aura Hair Play Experience. The studio asks for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or changes. A cancellation with less notice is charged 25% of the service total, and a missed appointment without notice is charged the full scheduled service, which must be paid before future bookings. If a client arrives more than 10 minutes late the appointment may be shortened while the full fee still applies, and arrivals more than 15 minutes late may be cancelled or rescheduled at the esthetician's discretion, with a possible cancellation fee.

Hours are Monday through Saturday from 10 AM to 10:30 PM and Sunday from 9:30 AM to 10:30 PM. Some treatments carry preparation requests: Full Back Glow/Hot Stone Massage clients are asked to eat a light meal beforehand and remove jewelry, and Glass Skin Nano Infusion Facial clients are asked to avoid retinoids and strong exfoliants for at least 7 days before the visit. The Oxygen Facial is not offered to clients allergic to cocoa, pineapple, papaya or citric acid, or to anyone who has used Accutane within the last year. Dermaplaning is not recommended for active acne, open skin, sunburn, skin infections, rashes, eczema or psoriasis flare-ups.
