Every visit is by appointment. Providers spend 30 to 45 minutes with each patient, and the practice says it aims for short waits, minimal hold times and extensive visits. Free 15-minute phone consultations are available for weight loss, wellness and hormone goals; a practice manager goes over programs and pricing on these calls. Telehealth is offered to distance patients and for quick check-ins at the Lutz clinic.

Weight loss care uses semaglutide and tirzepatide, which is given as a weekly injection with a dose that starts low and rises gradually as needed.
