Every appointment begins with a review of hair history, face shape, undertone, schedule, and upkeep. New clients book a consultation with their appointment. The $50 consultation runs about 15 minutes and is credited toward the total cost of the service rather than added on top. The studio is set up so that beauty feels considered, with a calm consultation and careful technique.

Highlight packages are all-inclusive with fixed prices, so there is no extra charge for hair length or thickness, toner, treatment, or finishing. Partial and full dimensional highlights and Signature Balayage are priced for color alone or with a haircut, and root coverage versions are available. Single Root and Blow-dry Color covers gray roots and, when the shade matches, pulls color through the ends. Glaze and Color Refresher with Blow-dry adds shine and neutralizes unwanted tones between larger color services.

Color Transformation is for going very blonde in one sitting or returning from blonde to a natural shade. It is charged hourly at $200 per hour and typically takes three or more hours, with a $200 deposit that is non-refundable if canceled.

Brow and lash services include eyebrow threading, lash lifts with a vitamin treatment, and eyebrow lamination with brow shaping. The Permanent Makeup category offers an eyebrow microblading package with an initial appointment and a touch-up four weeks later, and lip blush.
