Booking requires a credit card and a 40% deposit. Guests who miss, cancel or change an appointment, or arrive more than 15 minutes late, with less than 48 hours notice forfeit that deposit, and forfeited deposits do not carry over to the next visit. Appointment confirmations go out by text or email. Wigs, hair extensions, texture styles and color correction are by consultation for new guests; consultations are free but require a $20 deposit that is credited to a service if booked. Packages are non-refundable, retail products can be returned within 15 days with a receipt, and results concerns should be raised within two weeks of the appointment.
