Everything is booked by appointment. New guests book a consultation along with their first appointment, and the $15 fee goes toward a haircut or colour service. Returning clients who have not visited in six months or more are asked to book again as new clients for an extended consultation. Extension work begins with a $60 consultation that goes toward the deposit, and the total price is set at that consultation based on current hair and the desired result.

Colour is a major part of the menu, from glosses and blonding to partial and full highlights, balayage, and the Blonde Edit and Dimensional Edit services. Colour is mixed to a custom formula that is saved in the salon's database for future visits. A processing bar with outlets and chargers lets clients keep their devices going during colour processing, and the lounge area offers Wi-Fi, sparkling water, seasonal drinks, snacks and a courtyard garden.

The salon also offers men's grooming and three ritual haircuts for men, along with makeup for events and tutorials, keratin, smoothing, perm and straightening treatments, and extension services. An online shop sells hair products, Crunchi, makeup and skincare, and eGift cards are available in set amounts or custom amounts.

New clients have a consultation before their first service, followed by a longer-term plan for their hair goals, and colour is built around a custom formula kept on file.
