The studio is still run solo by its owner, and it sits on the ground floor of an apartments and offices building on NW 25th Avenue between Thurman and Vaughn. Visitors enter through a black door with a keypad, and the studio is the second door inside. Street parking is nearby; some spots are metered, and a Zone M permit covers the fee.

Hair removal is done with threading, waxing and sugaring. Threading is used only on the face and brows, and sugaring and waxing are used on the body and face. Sugaring is done by hand rather than with strips or other methods. Threading, waxing and sugaring are priced the same, and the studio can move a client to threading if they have had a negative reaction to waxing or sugaring. Body services include Happy Trail and Bum Cheeks as add-ons, plus underarm, bikini, French bikini and Brazilian options and a Portlander service. Intimate services are offered to anyone with a vulva; the studio does not currently offer Brazilian or other intimate hair removal for anyone with a penis. Body hair needs to be at least 1/8 inch long, since trimming is not done at the studio.

Brow services include shaping, tinting, lamination and brow rehabilitation, which means growing brows out before reshaping them. Brow tinting matches natural shades from blonde to black and uses a vegetable-based dye; fashion colors and lightening are not offered. Lash tinting uses the same dye, and the studio does not offer lash lifts. Lash tinting should be done with mascara removed beforehand.

Each starts with an intake, a skin health assessment and a customized treatment, with extractions done as needed, followed by a written plan and product recommendations. Initial facials take two hours. Maintenance facials, with or without extractions, are for clients who have had an initial facial, and reassessment facials are for established clients who have not had a facial in over a year. Facials are booked by text and offered only as the last appointment of the day. Skincare consultations can be done in person or by email and can be credited toward skincare purchases.

Appointments are booked online, with a short no-cost consultation added for new clients and for returning clients trying a service they have not had before. Email reminders arrive 72 hours ahead and text reminders 24 hours ahead. Cancellations more than 48 hours out are not charged, cancellations within that window carry a fee, and no-shows are charged in full. Clients can receive 10% off services as students, educators or seniors 65 and older with valid ID, and a referral program offers 20% off for both new and referring clients. Discounts do not apply to products. Products can be picked up at the studio, delivered free within the Greater Portland area, or shipped by USPS, with free shipping on orders over $150. All sales are final.

Facials are holistic and educational, guiding clients toward skin care practices that suit their goals and needs. Hair removal is matched to each client, and the studio's threading, waxing and sugaring are priced equally.
