Skyler Fox

Skyler Fox owns and runs Aubergine Esthetics Studio, where they work as the owner and esthetician. They trained at Aveda Institute Portland in full cosmetology, were licensed afterward, and are certified in threading, sugaring and waxing. Before opening their own studio in January 2019, they spent several years at a beauty boutique in Northwest Portland.

Their specialties include brows, treatment-focused facials, customized skincare regimens and bikini-type services. Facials are tailored to each client's skin type, conditions, sensitivities and goals, and they also work with sensitive, reactive and problematic skin and with anti-aging concerns. Skincare consultations cover product recommendations and at-home routines.

They start each facial with an intake about skin type, goals and daily habits, and explain each step, the products used and their ingredients during the visit. Clients who are unsure which form of hair removal suits them can get help choosing one.
