A visit usually begins with a VIP Consultation for $49, which covers skin goals and includes a complimentary Express Dermaplane for new clients. The consultation fee is non-refundable and non-transferable. Dermaplaning, an exfoliation that removes the top layer of skin and fine vellus hair, is described by the salon as its best-selling exfoliation treatment. Open Shopping and Product Pickup is available at no charge for established clients only, not for new client consultations.
The menu spans classic and advanced facials, including the Custom Luxury Facial with skin analysis and custom products, the Express and Deluxe HydraFacial MD treatments, and a Growth Factor Chemical Peel using the Factor Five RDS Peel. Laser work is done with Aerolase devices for concerns such as acne, hyperpigmentation, melasma, rosacea, scar revision, veins, psoriasis and skin tags, and laser hair removal uses the Neo Elite device. Acne Bootcamp Check Ins are held twice a month, and the Rinse Society membership at $299 per month includes an expert-led 90-minute curated service plus 10% off skincare products.
Hours are Monday, Thursday and Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM, Tuesday and Wednesday from 10 AM to 6 PM, and Saturday and Sunday from 9 AM to 3 PM. Clients who arrive more than 10 minutes late are treated as no-shows and need to reschedule. No-shows and cancellations within 48 hours are charged a 50% fee, though the fee may be waived for reasons such as bad weather, illness, unexpected traffic or emergencies. Deposits and prepaid services or packages are non-refundable. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000 and needs approval before the appointment.
