Booking is by text or call, and requests should include the style, size, length, and preferred date and time. Reference photos are welcome, and same-day appointments are often available. After consultation, a $40 deposit is due through CashApp, Zelle or Apple Pay. Deposits are non-refundable but can be applied to a rebook within one month.

Cancellations and reschedules need 48 hours notice, and one reschedule is free. Arriving 15 to 30 minutes late carries a $30 fee, while no-shows or arrivals 30 or more minutes late forfeit the deposit. Clients are asked to text as soon as they know they will be late, and to arrive with clean, detangled hair. One guest may come along if needed. Redos after completion are charged at extra cost.
