Services are grouped by level. Junior artist color services start at $155 for a Glaze Refresh and $300 for a Partial Lived-in Dimensional color, with Full Blonding starting at $400. Signature artist color runs from $420 for a Global Bleach Refresh to $650 for The Glow Up. Blowouts start at $75, haircuts at $85, and bang trims are $30. Extension prices are listed from a 1-row volume install at $1,550 up to a 3-row extra length and volume install at $2,695, and do not include color on natural hair.

Booking is by appointment only. New guests complete a consultation form, and the salon contacts them within 48 hours. Clients are advised to arrive about 15 minutes early for a first visit. Guests can use Wi-Fi and are offered a warm drink during their visit.

Changes or cancellations need at least 48 hours' notice. Changes made within 48 hours of the appointment are charged 50% of the service, and same-day cancellations, same-day changes and missed appointments are charged in full.
