Every visit starts with a detailed consultation that covers goals, how much upkeep a client wants, inspiration photos and any concerns. Color is customized to each client's skin tone, hair texture and daily routine. Before booking, clients can send an online inquiry about their hair goals. The salon matches them with a stylist, who gives a consultation and a hair plan, and the salon says someone from the team reaches out within 24 hours.

Extensions are a major focus. The salon offers K-tips, I-tips, hand-tied wefts, tape-ins and clip-ins, plus an in-house extension line. The salon describes its extension hair as 100% Remi and ethically sourced. Each extension appointment comes with a take-home care package, and maintenance visits are suggested every six to eight weeks, with the stylist's judgment guiding the schedule. Same-day extension installs can be arranged, according to the salon.

The space is warm, light-filled and calm. Lightening, lived-in color and extensions are the services the salon is best known for, and it says clients value its professional, timely communication. Highlights, balayage, foilyage and babylights. The Mini is a quick refresher using 10 foils or fewer, starting at $225. The Partial lightens about half the head and starts at $285 with blow-dry included. The Full gives maximum brightness, starts at $350 with blow-dry included, and is usually done about twice a year.
