The menu covers cuts for women, men and children, bang and neck trims, single process color for roots or all over, highlights and babylights, balayage, platinum work, fashion color and color correction. Styling includes signature blowouts, special occasion and bridal styling. Treatments include deep conditioning, glossing, color melting gloss, Wella Pro+ Smoothfiller and keratin treatment, along with Wellaplex and K18 bond building. Makeup includes natural radiant makeup, makeup lessons, and bridal makeup for the client and attendants, which is quoted by phone. Makeovers combining hair, makeup and a photoshoot are also available, and portrait sessions are booked by appointment. Prices for women's cuts start at $75 with a junior stylist and reach $130 with the owner, while men's cuts run from $55 to $80. Consultations cost $15, and that fee is applied to any service booked afterward.

Booking requires a valid credit card. Appointments must be confirmed at least 48 hours ahead through the automated text or email system, or they may be cancelled. Changes need 48 hours' notice, and late cancellations or missed appointments are charged 50% of the service on the card on file. If a stylist cannot perform the service a client booked, a 50% cancellation fee can apply. A redo is available within two weeks of a service, with the original stylist making adjustments. Gratuity is preferred in cash or sent through Venmo, as credit card tips are not accepted. Recommended refresh times are 4 to 6 weeks for cuts and color and 6 to 8 weeks for foiling. Parking is available in the closest free public lot behind Truist Bank on Sager Avenue, with limited shared parking behind the building through the alleyway.

Mode on Main by Mara is the boutique at 10417 Main St and also runs as an online shop on Shopify. It sells new and pre-loved or vintage clothing and jewelry, with labels including Johnny Was and Cinq à Sept, plus accessories and lifestyle items such as home fragrance, bath and body products and home goods. Listed items range from $11 to $249. Online orders of $100 or more ship free, and online orders can be picked up in store at no charge. Boutique hours are Monday, Wednesday and Thursday 11am to 6pm, Friday and Saturday 10am to 6pm, Sunday 12pm to 5pm, and closed Tuesdays. Bumble and Bumble products can be exchanged within 60 days of purchase if unopened or lightly used, but product returns are not offered.
