Staff attend in-house training sessions, which are mandatory, and regularly go to seminars and hair trade shows. The salon has hosted training with Tokyo salons including AJ Salon, MINX, GARDEN and NATURA, and has held an extension training with LAPALA.

Booking is by phone only; email reservations are not accepted. Clients are asked to cancel at least 24 hours ahead. A late arrival of more than 15 minutes may lead to the appointment being cancelled, and future bookings may not be accepted after a no-show or late cancellation. Food is not allowed in the studio, and children visiting with a client should be kept away from tools and equipment. The business is open 9:30am to 6:00pm. Japan Center Garage is the recommended place to park, since street meters allow only 15 minutes to an hour.

Chemical service prices can vary with hair condition and the products used. Color correction and Brazilian blowout are priced after consultation. Brading hair extensions are also offered after consultation; the extensions are priced at $8 per unit, with roughly 30 to 40 needed to add length, and typically last about 2 months. An additional fee may apply if lowlights and toner are added to highlights. The salon states that client satisfaction is guaranteed.
