The color menu is broad. Services include toner, glaze and gloss, root touch-ups that cover gray and extend up to about 1.5 inches of regrowth, partial and full highlights, babylights, a face-framing piece that lightens the hair around the face, and a platinum card service that foils every hair in fine 1/8-inch sections to lighten dark hair quickly. Balayage, ombre and color correction are priced after a consultation, and a color consultation with an optional strand test is available before larger changes. Color removal is offered for clients who want previous color taken out.

Bridal and event styling is a large part of the menu. Options include a bride's day-of hairstyle, a trial for the bride, half-dos and updos for bridesmaids, styling for mothers of the bride and groom, and groom hairstyling. Extensions can add volume, length or body after a consultation, and the consultation fee can be waived when extensions are purchased the same day.

Booking is done online through GlossGenius. Clients have a 15-minute grace period, after which the appointment is treated as late and they are asked to reschedule. Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment carry a 50% fee, and a no-show is charged the full service to the card on file. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings between $50 and $4,000, with approval needed before the visit. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100 and $200 amounts or a custom amount, and gift card sales are final.

Hours are Monday 10 AM to 7:30 PM, Tuesday 12:30 to 7:30 PM, Wednesday and Friday 10 AM to 3 PM, Sunday 10 AM to 6 PM, with Thursday and Saturday closed.
