Brow services range from a simple shape to shape with a custom tint, and from brow lamination, which is a non-permanent service with shaping by tweezing or wax and an aftercare kit, to lamination maintenance done three to four weeks after a lamination. The lamination effect is described as lasting four to six weeks and can be repeated every six to eight weeks. Permanent makeup is offered as a two-step process, with a required touch-up to check healing and refine the brows. Touch-up pricing depends on how long it has been since the initial appointment, and touch-ups are recommended once at least half of the pigment has faded.

Permanent makeup options include powder ombré, which uses machine shading for a soft, filled-in look, and hybrid brows, which combine microblading strokes at the front with machine shading toward the tails. Powder ombré is described as suited to mature, oily or porous skin and to covering previous permanent makeup, while hybrid brows suit all skin types and sparse to full brows. Corrections and cover-ups of previously done brows are accepted case by case, and clients send clear daylight photos of their brows without makeup for review.

Every appointment begins with a consultation covering the service, the process and aftercare. Clients receive a consent form by email or text after booking. The studio states that it holds a license as a tattoo studio from the San Diego Department of Environmental Health and Quality. Permanent makeup is not performed on pregnant or breastfeeding clients, and lamination is not recommended for them either.
