Frame+Flutter

Frame+Flutter is a studio in San Diego that focuses on brows and lashes. It also registers under the business name Frame & Flutter LLC on payment pages. The studio is open Monday to Friday from 9am to 8pm and Saturday from 8am to 5pm, and it is closed on Sundays.

Brow appointments generally begin with a consultation and brow mapping, followed by waxing and shaping. Clients can add a custom brow tint, or choose brow lamination, which softens the hairs so they can be brushed into place and hold their shape for roughly six to eight weeks. Signature Brows combines lamination, mapping, waxing and tinting in one visit. Lamination Maintenance is booked three to four weeks after a lamination and includes a brow shampoo, gentle exfoliation, a deep conditioning bonding treatment, waxing and shaping, and an optional tint.

Lash services include the Korean lash lift, which lifts and curls natural lashes and includes a tint. The formula is infused with keratin, collagen, amino acids and botanical extracts. Lash extensions are applied individually to natural lashes, and the studio also offers hybrid and volume sets, along with lash fills and standalone lash tints. The booking page also lists a Monthly Facial Bar and Patch Tests as bookable appointment types. Appointments can be made by phone at (619) 797-6966 or by email at frameandflutter@gmail.com. A valid card is required at booking, and appointments totaling $100 or more carry a $25 non-refundable deposit that is applied to the final total. Changes need more than 48 hours' notice to avoid fees, and cancellations, reschedules or no-shows inside that window are charged in full. Clients who arrive more than 10 minutes late may be charged a late fee or have the visit canceled and charged. Children may wait in the lobby but not in the service area, phones are not used during services, and silent appointments can be requested when booking. Confirmation and reminder messages are sent by email and text.

Gift cards are sold as eGift cards in amounts of $25, $50, $75 and $100, or in a custom amount. The studio also offers one-on-one training courses for people who want to start a business or add a service, including a hands-on course on the Korean lash lift system, technique and tinting. Course enquiries are answered within 48 hours.
