Sugar paste is made from sugar, water and a little lemon, and it is applied by gloved hand, which the studio says is easier on sensitive skin than traditional waxing. Waxing uses a clean, natural soft wax applied with sticks and lifted off with muslin strips. Brazilian sugaring and waxing cover everything from front to back, and Brazilian services are not offered to men.

Before a first appointment, clients should have about three weeks of growth and should not trim the area. Lotions, creams and moisturizer are best avoided before sugaring, and caffeine should be avoided for at least four hours beforehand. Sweating and swimming are best avoided for at least 24 hours after a wax or sugar, and spray tans are better applied after the service because they can be lifted. Clients running seven to ten minutes late may need to reschedule.

Clients can book through the salon's online page or arrive without an appointment. For availability, they can send a text. A booking is only final once a confirmation arrives by text or email. A valid card must be kept on file. Missed visits and cancellations made within 24 hours are charged 50 percent of the full service price. First-time clients booking men's buttcheek services pay a $30 deposit. Minors can receive most services when a signed Parent Consent Form is on file, but Brazilian services are not offered to anyone under 17. Opening hours are Monday and Tuesday 10 AM to 6:30 PM, Thursday noon to 7 PM, Friday 10 AM to 7 PM, and Saturday 10 AM to 3 PM. The studio is closed on Wednesdays and Sundays.
