Each visit begins with a consultation about length, curl and thickness, matched to eye shape and lifestyle. Extensions are applied by hand with attention to the health of natural lashes. Studio visits take place Tuesday through Saturday, 9am to 7pm. Appointments can be requested online, and the studio confirms by email or phone. Phone support is open Monday, 9am to 7pm. Lash lift appointments take about an hour to an hour and a half, and brow lamination takes about 45 minutes.

The studio occupies the third floor of 391 Sutter Street, a block north of Union Square, positioned between Stockton Street and Grant Avenue. Visitors ride the elevator to Suite 316. BART's Powell Street station is roughly an 8-minute walk away. Directly opposite is the Stockton-Sutter Garage at 444 Stockton Street, which is run by an independent operator. The studio cannot validate parking and has no private parking of its own.

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancelling inside that window, or not showing up, incurs a charge of 50% of the service price. Anyone who arrives late keeps only the remaining appointment time, and the full booked rate still applies. The studio suggests a lash retouch every two to three weeks to maintain fullness. Clients whose lashes were applied at another studio are booked as New Client Retouch on their first visit. Gift cards are priced from $50 up to $400, work toward any lash or brow service, and once purchased and booked fall under the same 24-hour cancellation rule. Bridal party, special occasion and group packages are quoted on request.

Lash length, curl and thickness are matched to each client's eye shape and lifestyle during a consultation before application. Extensions are applied by hand, with care for the health of natural lashes.
