Irina Evglevskaya founded the studio and built it around the Russian manicure. She began as an entry-level nail technician and now has more than 20 years in the beauty industry. She teaches the Basic Course, a two-day in-person Russian manicure certification program at the studio, and the Level Up Course, a one-day advanced intensive for working nail professionals. Former students have opened their own salons or joined beauty studios.

Manicures use a dry e-file method, so the nail plate stays dry and the base coat seals under the cuticle line. Only non-living cuticle tissue is removed, and living skin is not touched. The studio says this keeps polish on longer than water-soak manicures. The Smart e-file pedicure skips soaking and uses an electric file with specialized bits on calluses, rough skin and corns. Nail extensions are built in upper forms with gel or polygel. Lash extensions come in Classic, 2D Volume, 3D Volume and Mega Volume styles, with fills and an express option, and brows can be shaped, tinted or laminated. Sugaring and waxing use natural ingredients, with sugar paste for body and face and hard wax for sensitive areas.

Bookings go through the online booking platform or by phone or text. Cancellations or reschedules are requested at least 24 hours ahead, and cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows are charged the full service cost. A card is kept on file and charged only after the appointment. Clients more than 20 minutes late are asked to reschedule. Reminders arrive by email two days before and by text 24 hours and one hour before. Pets are welcome during appointments if they are well-behaved.
