The salon offers blonding packages, color packages, laced hair extension packages, the ManeTox smoothing treatment, and add-on upgrades. Every blonding package includes two toners. Color services come with a customized haircare routine, and clients can request O&M Clean Color, a line free from ammonia, PPD and resorcinol, as part of a custom color service.

Booking has a few set terms. Buy Now, Pay Later is accepted for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. Cancellations inside 48 hours carry a fee of 50% of the service, rising to 75% inside 24 hours and 100% on the same day. A no-call, no-show is charged the full service amount and blocks booking with any artist afterward. Changes must be handled with the individual artist.
