Treatments combine education with science-supported methods, tailored to each client's skin and body hair goals. New clients begin with a facial consultation, which sets a treatment plan and a custom home skincare routine.

A typical course of care moves through a consultation, about two weeks on a home routine before the first treatment, a check-in before the facial, an aftercare review that books the next few visits, and a follow-up call a few days later. Before a facial, clients stop Retin-A seven days ahead, avoid exfoliating products for 72 hours and come without makeup.

Sugaring removes hair from the root using a warm paste made of sugar, water and lemon. Before a session, hair should be about a quarter inch long, roughly two weeks of growth, and clients should not shave in between. Clients are told that regrowth becomes softer and thinner over time. Regular clients who stop Retin-A a week before sugaring and stop Accutane six months to a year before sugaring, facials or peels are advised to plan ahead.

The studio asks for 24 hours' notice on cancellations. Same-day or late cancellations carry a $40 fee, and repeated no-shows may lead to future appointments being cancelled.
