The menu covers facials, massages and body treatments. Facials include HydraFacial, a three-session HydraFacial Special, a Vitamin C brightening facial, a retinol-based line treatment, a Korean glass skin facial, a red-light collagen facial and a customized facial with a follow-up maintenance plan. Massages range from a deep tissue and trigger point session to a hot stone aromatherapy massage, a CBD deep-pressure massage and a side-by-side couples massage. A cedar and vetiver body scrub and massage is also offered for men.
The wet area includes a whirlpool, a dry sauna and a hammam-style steam room. Guests can also use the fitness center, which is open 24 hours a day with cardio machines, stationary bikes and free weights. Personal training, group sessions and fitness classes are provided by Verve Health & Fitness.
Booking is governed by a few house rules. Cancellations or changes need at least 24 hours' notice, and late or missed appointments are charged. A 20% service charge is added automatically at checkout, and spa gratuity is not included in the Hotel & Spa Package. Prices vary by weekday, weekend or holiday, and the exact amount appears in the cart at checkout. Guests should check in with spa reception on the B3 level and arrive 20 to 30 minutes early, since treatments end at the scheduled time. Wellness services are for guests 18 and older, and guests under 14 may use the pool and fitness area only with an adult.
Facials are built around named product lines and devices, and the customized facial is adapted to each client's skin with a follow-up maintenance plan.
