The salon describes its name as reflecting character, determination and skill. It says the team's combined experience comes to more than 50 years, and it aims to leave every client relaxed, free of stress and feeling their best.

The menu covers hair, skin, electrolysis, makeup, waxing and massage. Skin work is the most detailed part, with facials and peels from several lines, the BioRePeel course, and META therapy, which the salon offers with a practitioner it describes as the only aesthetician in DC doing so. Electrolysis is performed hair by hair and usually takes several visits for complete results; the salon states that it is the only FDA-approved method of permanent hair removal.

Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice. Cancelling later is charged 50% of the reserved service amount, and a no-call, no-show is charged the full 100%.
