Installs include up to 200g of hair, with additional hair charged in 50g increments and final pricing confirmed at consultation. Install hair can take two to two and a half weeks to prepare, and the consultation fee is applied to the install when it is booked within 30 days.

Beyond installs, the salon offers removals, maintenance and light refresher visits between appointments, and reinstalls for existing extension clients. Relaxers for new growth, silk presses, color touch-ups for black or dark brown hair, and Silque scalp and protein treatments are also available, along with quickweaves and sew-ins offered by stylist approval.

Hair and haircare are sold online as well. The Silque home-care line is sulfate-free. In-stock orders ship within two days, while pre-orders take seven to fourteen business days to process. Hair extensions are not refundable and are handled with in-store credit instead.
