The studio focuses on sculptural brows and barrier-first skin care. It is owned by Lauren Munson, who leads the brow and skin work. The studio says it holds 10 certifications.

Booking is done online through Vagaro, including mobile booking, and a contact form handles questions. Studio hours are Monday to Friday, 10am to 5pm. Booking fees are nonrefundable deposits, and arriving more than 10 minutes after the start time may count as a late cancellation.

Consultations come in virtual and in-person forms. The virtual brow and complexion consults are done by text with photos, while the in-person brow consult includes outline mapping with no shaping. Virtual consult fees can be credited toward a future appointment booked within six months.

Facial treatments start with barrier health and are chosen during consultation to suit each client's current skin, rather than from a fixed routine. Brow work is shaped to the client's face and goals.
