The menu covers facial waxing, from a single lip or brow to a full-face package that includes forehead, brows, nose, lip, chin, cheeks, sideburns and neck. Brow and lash tinting, brow lamination and lash lift are offered for the eyes. Body waxing is available for women and for men, with areas from underarms and hands through arms, legs and back, and clients can book a Brazilian. Most services take about 15 minutes, including Brazilian waxing.

The studio chooses its wax by area and hair type. Professional hard wax is used mostly for bikini and coarser-hair areas, while soft wax suits larger areas and finer hair. For the best results, hair should be about a quarter inch long, roughly two to three weeks of growth after shaving.

Before a visit, clients are asked to exfoliate the area two to three days ahead, avoid caffeine and keep hydrated, and a pain reliever may be taken 30 to 60 minutes beforehand. Retinols and certain acne medications should be stopped seven to ten days before, and anyone who has used Accutane must have been off it for a full year. Waxing waits seven days after a facial or Botox and is not done on sunburnt skin, over varicose veins or over rosacea. Clients with diabetes, on blood thinners or being treated for cancer are asked to check with a doctor first.

Booking details: first-time clients show ID, and clients under 18 need a parent's consent and must come with a parent to their first appointment. Cancellations or reschedules made less than 12 hours ahead are charged 50% of the services, and no-shows are charged in full before rebooking. Clients running late should call or text, since arriving seven or more minutes late may require rescheduling.
