Most facials begin with a detailed consultation and are tailored to skin type and concerns such as acne, anti-aging, wrinkles and hyperpigmentation. The 90-minute facials include organic oxygen infusion and a free upgrade choice of enzyme treatment, resurfacing peel or oxygenation detoxification, and extractions are included in every facial. The oxygen line includes a Luminous Brightening facial with a 60% fermented pumpkin enzyme treatment, a needle-free Triple Action Wrinkle Erase described as zero-toxin, and a Firming-Age Defying resurfacing facial with an AHA/BHA peel that is also suited to acne-prone skin. Ayuna facials, a Back Facial and a Gentleman's Facial for men are also offered. The spa describes its facial products as hydroquinone-free and made with organic Bio-Suisse ingredients from Switzerland.

Exceed microneedling is the medical microneedling service, offered for the face, the face and neck, or the face, neck and decolletage. Appointments take about 180 minutes, require a minimum of two and a half hours, and start with a consultation. The spa describes its microneedling device as the only FDA-approved one and says recovery is minimal, around 48 hours, with 20 minutes of red light therapy, a serum infusion and a cooling masque. Gratuity is already included in microneedling pricing.

Brow services include keratin brow lamination, a 60-minute treatment that covers sculpting, trimming, waxing, shaping and tinting, and a 3-week touch-up that includes a brow wax and tint. The brow lamination and lash lift combo runs 105 minutes. Lash lift and tint is a 60-minute semi-permanent keratin treatment without extensions, with results lasting up to two months, and a lash tint alone is a 30-minute single-color tint. Pricing is reviewed with the client before any lash service begins. Before a brow lamination, the spa advises leaving brows untouched for four weeks, and brows must stay dry for 24 hours afterward. Retinol is best avoided for a week before the combo.

Waxing takes place in a private suite using hard wax, covering face, body and men's areas. Many services require a deposit when booked online, a 20% gratuity is added automatically to facials at checkout, and written policies cover cancellations, no-shows, booking probation, deposits, late arrival and gratuity. Hours are Tuesday to Friday 10:30 AM to 6:30 PM and Saturday 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with Sunday and Monday closed. Listed prices include a skin consult from $125, a Mild AHA Peel at $60, an Ayuna Elevated Facial Ceremony at $300, a Gentleman's Facial at $220, a Lash Lift and Tint at $110, and a Full Leg Wax at $125.

Treatments are customized to each client's skin type and concerns, using botanical and organic ingredients. The spa says its staff act as educators rather than salespeople.
