Hair services cover color such as balayage, highlights, tint touch-ups and corrective color, plus cuts, blow-dries, up-dos and gala up-dos. Bridal party and corrective color pricing are set after a consultation, and hair extension pricing is also quoted on consultation. Wig consultations are complimentary and can be booked by call or text, and wig appointments are taken on Mondays and Tuesdays.

The spa side offers Guinot anti-aging treatments, Swedish and deep tissue massage, and chair massage that can be added during another service or booked on its own. Waxing ranges from lip to full leg and uses several Satin Smooth wax formulas, with per-treatment numbing available. Manicures, pedicures and makeup application are also offered.

Color appointments are made by phone and confirmed within 24 business hours. Haircuts, massage and nail appointments can be requested through the online booking page, and walk-ins are accepted though calling ahead gives the best chance of being seen. The salon accommodates lunch, evening and weekend appointments, and gift certificates are available and paid through the Phorest Pay system. A cancellation fee applies to no-shows and to cancellations made without 24 business hours' notice.
