The menu is grouped into color, dimensional blonding, signature blonding, haircuts and styling, and specialty treatments. Color options range from a gloss that refreshes tone and shine to root color for grey coverage and all-over color from roots to ends. Blonding options run from face-frame brightness and placed or blended highlights to full blonding sessions for major transformations. Haircuts include a barber cut for shorter lengths above the ears, a cut and style for lengths below the ears, and a blowdry and style. Specialty services include a Malibu C detox for hard-water minerals and product buildup, and Pure Brazilian smoothing treatments. New guests can book a free 30-minute color consultation, and existing guests can book a bang trim.

Guests can expect complimentary beverages and snacks, Wi-Fi and a TV during the visit, and free parking in the lot. The suite is wheelchair accessible. Children are not welcome. The salon states that it supports the LGBTQIA+ community and that it is a safe space.

Reservations require a valid credit card, which is stored but not charged at booking. Cancellations or changes need at least 24 hours' notice, with 48 hours requested. Changes made with less notice are charged 50% of the reserved amount, and no-shows are charged the full amount. Arrivals are held for a 15-minute grace period. If a result does not match the agreed consultation goal, the salon offers complimentary adjustments within 7 days. Retail sales are final. Gift certificates never expire and can be bought in preset amounts or any amount from $10 to $1,000, and an AB Salon Points program rewards guests for services and products.
