AnnaProBeauty is a small, private studio where each appointment is reserved for a single client, so there is no double booking and no shared time. Anna, a licensed Russian manicure specialist, performs the services herself. The studio is built around the Russian manicure, a dry, waterless method in which an electric file is used to clean the cuticle area and sidewalls. Gel removal is included in every service.

The menu runs from a cleaning-only manicure, starting at $60 and taking about 50 minutes, to gel polish on short natural nails, starting at $80 for roughly 1 hour 30 minutes. Hard gel manicures, which include a hard gel strength overlay, start at $100 and take about 2 hours. Custom gel extensions start at $140 and take about 2 hours. French tip, ombre or chrome designs can be added to any service for a starting price of $10 and about 20 minutes more. Complex designs, or repairs to work done at another salon, may cost extra.

Appointments must be booked in advance, as walk-ins are not accepted. Clients are asked to confirm beforehand, and arriving more than 15 minutes late may lead to cancellation. Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice; late cancellations are charged 50% of the service price, and no-shows are charged the full price. A deposit may be required for new clients. Payment is accepted by cash, Zelle and Venmo. Clients who are unhappy with their nails are asked to say so before they leave.

The studio uses non-toxic products selected for sensitive skin, and every metal tool is autoclaved between clients. The studio describes its sterilization as hospital-grade. Anna also teaches in-person courses at the Pittsford studio, one-on-one or in small groups, and each course includes a certificate of completion.
