Haircuts include scissor cuts, extra long or thick cuts for hair past mid-back or very dense hair, clipper cuts, and kids' cuts for ages 12 and under. Trims for bangs and neck are offered as add-ons, and one complimentary bang trim is included between each full haircut for new or existing clients.

For color, options range from one-process color for grey coverage or a single solid shade to two-step color that adds highlights or lowlights for dimension. Partial and full highlight or balayage services are offered with or without a scissor cut, and a toner or gloss can be added for shine, which is included with highlight and balayage services.

Treatments include a masque and deep conditioning option, a scalp treatment for dry scalps, a K18 treatment, and a keratin express blowout for frizz-free smoothing. New clients or anyone with questions about the keratin service are advised to book a consultation first. Products are sold through an online store linked from the website, and gift cards can be purchased online.

The studio is open Tuesday and Wednesday from 10 am to 6 pm, Thursday and Friday from 9 am to 3 pm, and is closed Monday, Saturday and Sunday.

Ann gets to know each client's lifestyle first, then recommends cuts, colors and looks that fit their day-to-day routine and work with the natural texture and movement of their hair.
